Description
Effective Speaking Competition Pins are awarded to each Cadet participating in a formal Effective Speaking Competition at the Squadron, Zone/Wing/Region, Provincial/Territorial, and National levels. The CAF has approved the wearing of these pins on the Air Cadet Uniform.
Pins will only be sold to authorized buyers. The list of authorized buyers is maintained by jwoodford@aircadetleague.com .
National Effective Speaking Competition Pins will be awarded to participants by the Air Cadet League of Canada. These pins shall be provided by the Air Cadet League of Canada at no cost to the Cadets.
