The Positive Youth Development and Program Outreach is a new selfpaced learning package that is being delivered to all adults working and volunteering in the Cadet and Junior Canadian Rangers Programs. It is intended to strengthen support for youth and builds adult leader and volunteer capacity to support the Cadet and Junior Canadian Rangers Programs.
Through the Positive Youth Development and Program Outreach learning package adult leaders will acquire an increased awareness of positive youth development, adolescent development, and how to attract more youth and additional support squadrons.
