Major-General (Ret’d) Lionel Bourgeois, CMM, CD, has passed away on December 7, 2020 in Ottawa, Ontario

The Air Cadet League of Canada has the regret to announce that Major-General (Ret’d) Lionel Bourgeois, CMM, CD, has passed away on December 7, 2020 in Ottawa, Ontario. Lionel served the OPC as Executive Director, and Chairman of the Board of Governors, he also served the Air Cadet League of Canada as President. He will long be remembered for his incredible dedication and contributions to the Air Cadet Community.

We are extending our condolences to ONPC Squadron Director – Michelle Bourgeois, former Director Louis Bourgeois, and the entire family, many of whom have been Cadets and members of the CIC, as well as League Volunteers.
